Homemade Lasagna Sheets
Make your own lasagna sheets with this recipe. The right dough for a great lasagna.

Ingredients
- 300 g Durum wheat flour (Type 1600) or wheat flour (Type 480)
- 2 g Salt
- 3 piece Eggs (M)
- 40 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Durum wheat semolina
Instructions
- 1. For the pasta dough, first mix the flour and salt together in a bowl.
- 2. Make a small hollow in the middle and add the beaten eggs, oil and water.
- 3. Using a fork, stir the eggs from the inside out with the flour.
- 4. Then knead the dough with your hands or with a food processor to form a smooth and homogeneous dough.
- 5. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a good 1 hour.
- 6. Then knead the dough very well again on a floured work surface and roll out to about 2-3 mm thick with a rolling pin (or with the help of a pasta machine).
- 7. Then cut the dough into desired rectangles or lasagna sheets.
- 8. Now process the lasagna sheets further or store them dry.
